The Company is one of  professional factory in China engaging in design, manufacture, and sales of all kinds of lab ball mills, ball mill jar, as well as nano grinding sultion supplier. With rich experiences of hard work in the industry, all kinds of lab planetary ball mill, jar mills, ball mill jars we designed and produced have many advantages such as different shapes, flexible and simple operation, milling with dry and wet materials, which can meet requirements of dispersed grinding of all laboratories and further greatly benefit enlarging experimental results to production machine.

After-Sale Services

1. Product Quality Warranty:

One-year warranty period shall be provided to any client who buys our products and related accessories. The following promises are valid within the warranty period which is calculated from time or date when the client or consumer takes delivery of machine, opens case, inspects machine and receives with signature.

2. Warranty Promises:

We promise to guarantee free replacement within three month, and guarantee free repair within one year. Client may enjoy free replacement within one month if any of following occurs:

1) The machine is broken in course of transportation;

2) Motor and frequency converter are burnt out;

3)The key part or main disk of the machine is seriously in failure.

3. After-sale Services Promises:

1) We shall make prompt response to any problem about the machine within 24 hours if you have.

2) We shall provide 6-day 10-hour services for all our clients and subscribers, and shall provide trouble-shooting solutions until the fault is completely eliminated.

3) If the machine is found any fault or problem, please do not hesitate to notify us the details about faults, caused reasons and status.

Transportation Services

1) We can arrange shipment to all countries by international express like DHL, Fedex. TNT, UPS, or EMS;

2) We make shipment by airfreight if you let us know your destination airport;

3) We can also arrange shipment by ocean shipping if you need sea transportation, please let us know your discharge port which is close to you.

2. We have 19 employees and have own small factory with 3 workshops in 2019.
