for comminution of medium-hard, brittle, fibrous samples and for metal-free grinding material you will find in the element analysis.Grinding sets of zirconium oxide are only suitable for grinding ceramic materials, minerals etc and never for hard-tough samples, such as metals.
Our suggestion: Grinding sets with high density, e.g. tempered steel or tungsten carbide, shorten the grinding time.

Choice of Grinding Jars & Grinding Balls
In order to prevent excessive abrasion, the hardness of the grinding jars used and of
the grinding balls must be higher than that of the material used. Normally, grinding jars
and grinding balls of the same material should be chosen.
