The Planetary Ball Mill is a vertical planetary ball mill that serves as essential equipment for high-tech materials mixing, fine grinding, sample preparation, new product development, and small batch production. The machine can simultaneously process four samples per experiment and can obtain powder samples under vacuum conditions when equipped with a vacuum ball mill tank. Its planetary motion mechanism ensures thorough grinding and mixing of samples through high-speed movement.

KINGDA planetary ball mills feature dust-resistant cast iron construction with a one-piece casting molding process for the main disk, significantly extending equipment lifespan compared to conventional splicing methods.
The planetary ball mill operates similarly to planetary motion in the solar system. Four or two ball mills positioned eccentrically on a turntable perform simultaneous rotation and revolution (1:2 ratio). This motion generates strong Coriolis forces, creating intense impact and friction that efficiently grind samples to powder as fine as 0.1μm.
